Bring the agent you cannot explain
The most useful demonstration is not a tour of our dashboard. It is your own agent, instrumented live, with the trace open in front of both of us. Tell us what you are running and what is hard to debug today, and we will set that up.
Request a demonstration
Your request is ready to send
Your email app should have opened with everything filled in. Press send and we will reply the same business day. If nothing opened, the details beside this form will reach us just as well.
Four steps, no sales choreography
We would rather spend the time instrumenting something real than presenting slides. Here is the shape of it, so you know what you are agreeing to.
We reply
Same business day, with two or three questions about your stack so the session is not spent on discovery.
You pick an agent
Ideally the one that is hardest to debug, plus one run whose behavior nobody has been able to explain.
We instrument it together
Around forty minutes. The SDK goes in, the trace opens, and we read the run and its findings with you.
You keep the traces
Whether or not you continue. The record from the session is yours, exportable, and not locked behind a trial.
Questions about the session itself
Do I need to prepare anything?
One agent you can run in a development environment, and ideally one example of behavior you have not been able to explain. That is enough. If you would rather not instrument your own code on a first call, we will walk through a trace from a reference agent instead.
Will my agent's data leave my machine during the demo?
Only if you choose to send it. Redaction rules are configured in the SDK before anything is transmitted, and we will set them with you before the first run. For teams that cannot transmit arguments at all, we can run the session against a self-managed deployment instead.
Can you tell me whether NOMOO fits before we meet?
Usually, yes. Describe your stack and what is going wrong in the form and we will say so in the reply. If the problem you have is better solved by something other than observability, that is a faster and more useful answer than a demonstration.
We are still prototyping. Is it too early?
It is early, and that is often the right time. Instrumenting before you have a production agent means you start accumulating scored history from the first week, and the baseline you will later measure regressions against already exists when you need it.
Who will I be talking to?
The people building the product. NOMOO is early-stage, which means the person reading your message is the person who can answer a question about how instrumentation handles your framework.
